Daily Meal Plan Day 1

Here is the first of our daily meal plans. Daily Meal Plan Day 2

This meal plan starts with your meal replacement shake of Chocolate Peanut butter.  For lunch it has the Spinach Salad with Apples, Raspberries and walnuts and for dinnerMeatloaf, Brussel Sprouts and Green Salad.  All this food and still less than 1300 calories. Daily Meal Plan Day 3

In this meal plan I use the meat loaf from day 2 to create a hamburger for lunch today.  For breakfast you have your meal replacement shake, Strawberry Banana, the hamburger at lunch and then dinner is BBQ Chicken, Mixed green salad with pears, strawberries and pecans and Broccolli with a kick.  All this for under 1500 calories to
