Daily Meal Plan Day 9

This meal plan was designed to use the Poached Salmon from dinner on Daily Meal Plan Day 8 and make a Salmon Salad for lunch.  It also has the IdealShape Meal Replacement Shake Chocolate Peanut Butter, Baked Halibut, Grilled Asparagus and Strawberry Vanilla Custard Trifle.  Click on Meal Plan Day 9 below to see the complete plan under 1600 calories. Daily Meal Plan Day 11

For this meal plan I’ve done something a little different.  I took my favorite stuffing recipe and substituted Quinoa.  So this recipe includes for dinner the Pork Loin with Quinoa Stuffing.
