Here is the first of our daily meal plans. Follow this plan and get a healthy balance of carbs, protein, and fats. For breakfast I have the IdealShape meal replacement shakeMixed Berry, for lunch Grilled Chicken Salad with Strawberries,a snack of the Strawberry Yogurt Parfait, and for dinner Caesar Salad, Baked Asparagus, Macadamia Nut Crusted Halibut, & Apple Crisp.
