Here is the first of our daily meal plans. Follow this plan and get a healthy balance of carbs, protein, and fats.  For breakfast I have the IdealShape meal replacement shakeMixed Berry, for lunch Grilled Chicken Salad with Strawberries,a snack of the Strawberry Yogurt Parfait, and for dinner  Caesar Salad, Baked AsparagusMacadamia Nut Crusted Halibut, & Apple Crisp.  Click on Meal Plan Day 1 below to see how I have put them together for a day under 1600 calories.
