For this meal plan I’ve done something a little different. I took my favorite stuffing recipe and substituted Quinoa. So this recipe includes for dinner the Pork Loin with Quinoa Stuffing. For lunch I’ve used the Ahi Tuna from last night and created a salad. For breakfast my meal replacement shake is Strawberry Banana and for dessert I’ve included the Peachy Creamy Phyllo Cups.
