After I created my Grilled Steak Salad in Daily Burn I realized that this may be just the dinner meal I needed to be able to add my Chocolate Eclairs to. And guess what, it was! I was able to create this meal plan under 1500 calories and still have 2 Chocolate Eclairs. I really feel like I didn’t have to give up a lot during the day to add it either. It starts with the IdealShape Meal Replacement Shake, Peaches and Cream, for lunch I had a Grilled Chicken Breast with a Caesar Salad, plenty of snacks and then the Grilled Steak Salad & Chocolate Eclairs for dinner. I think the most interesting thing I have learned in preparing all these meal plans is that I can still have a few sweets and meet my calorie goals if I just do a little planning.
