In this meal plan I use the meat loaf from day 2 to create a hamburger for lunch today. For breakfast you have your meal replacement shake, Strawberry Banana, the hamburger at lunch and then dinner is BBQ Chicken, Mixed green salad with pears, strawberries and pecans and Broccolli with a kick. All this for under 1500 calories to help you achieve and maintain your IdealShape.
