I’ve created this meal plan for a weekend day or a day when you have a little more time for breakfast. Instead of having your IdealShape Meal Replacement Shake for breakfast I have the Canadian Bacon Omelet for breakfast and the IdealShape Meal Replacement Shake, Blueberry Blast Protein Shake for lunch. Then I’ve added a treat of King Crab Legs for Dinner. I usually add more calories on the weekend. Between 1800-2000. Click on Meal Plan Day 7 to take a look.
